1. Request account deletion
If you still have the app, you can also delete your account under Settings > Personal info > Delete Account.
- Email team@getpreviu.com from the email address associated with your Previu account.
- Use the subject “Delete my Previu account” and say that you want to delete your account and associated data. Do not send passwords or bank credentials.
- Our team will help verify your request and complete the account deletion process. We respond within 2 business days at most.
2. What happens when your account is deleted
Sending an email starts a request; it does not immediately delete your account. Once account deletion is carried out, the timeline in our Privacy Policy applies:
Account deletion follows this timeline: access ends immediately and Previu stops reading your bank right away and asks Plaid to close the connection; your bank's app may still list Previu for a while; after a 30-day grace period, personal data is anonymized; anonymized financial records required for statutory obligations are retained for 7 years before final deletion. Deleting a Previu account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, which must be managed in the applicable store.
3. Cancel your store subscription separately
If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play where you subscribed to stop the next renewal. Requesting account deletion does not cancel that subscription. See subscription support for more information.
