1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Previu application and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding legal agreement to use Previu.

  • Provide accurate and current registration information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Promptly notify us of unauthorized account access or suspected compromise.
  • Remain responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Description of Service

Previu is a personal finance product that may include transaction aggregation, recurring payment detection, budgeting, forecasting, subscription visibility, net worth views, and AI-assisted educational experiences.

Previu is not a bank, broker, lender, accountant, tax preparer, law firm, or registered investment adviser. The product is for informational and educational use only.

4. Financial and AI Disclaimers

Financial information displayed in Previu may come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always confirm important financial details with the source institution.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, incorrect, or not suitable for your circumstances. You remain solely responsible for financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions you make.

  • No fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the service.
  • No guarantee is made regarding savings outcomes, budgeting accuracy, cash flow accuracy, or investment performance.
  • Previu does not provide personalized investment recommendations.

5. Billing, Trials, and Renewals

Some features may require a paid subscription. Billing and renewal mechanics depend on the app marketplace or billing provider through which you subscribed.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
  • Trials, promotions, and pricing may vary by geography, platform, or offer.
  • Refund eligibility is controlled by the applicable app marketplace or billing provider unless stated otherwise.
  • We may modify pricing or packaging with prospective notice where required.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with its normal operation.

  • Do not access the service unlawfully or attempt to bypass security controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform.
  • Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or harm other users.
  • Do not upload or transmit malicious code, fraudulent content, or misleading information.

7. Third-Party Services

The service depends on third-party providers such as Plaid, Clerk, RevenueCat, OpenAI, and mobile platform operators. Those providers may change, interrupt, or restrict parts of the service outside our control.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, policy changes, or data processing practices outside our service boundary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Previu and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from or related to the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, posed a security risk, created legal exposure, or misused the product.

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account through the product where supported.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis and not as a class action, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you want to opt out of arbitration where an opt-out right applies, contact legal@previu.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by revising the effective date above and, when appropriate, by additional notice.
