How this list is made

The names come from the dependency list of the app and the versions from its lockfile, so the list matches what we build. The license is the one each package declares on the npm registry for that exact version. We never edit it.

The list covers the packages the app depends on directly. It does not include the packages that those depend on in turn.

We rebuild the list when the dependencies of the app change, with this command: node scripts/generate-public-web-assets.cjs --refresh-licenses
